Twister

This is a great site to use for students who are familiar with the social media site Twitter, but students can create their own "Twister" instead.

This site can be used by teachers or students to create a unique Twister.
Loads of templates to be used as a guide.
Great samples of Twisters that have already been created by students.
Allows other students to add comments or "twists" similar to "tweets" about a certain Twister.
Hash tags can also be created along with the Twister.
Standard account is free, but premium account costs extra.
In addition to Twister, teachers can create quizzes, games, and other activities to engage students.
